About Lee
I have been passionate about Hatha yoga since my first class in 1994 and have
been teaching since 1997. My morning and evening classes are held on the north
side of Brisbane and are suitable for both beginner to advanced students. I have
taught adults and children, corporate and prenatal classes and hold regular
workshops. Due to the therapeutic nature of Hatha yoga. I can also create a
personal yoga therapy program for 1*2*1 yoga therapy clients. Hatha yoga
includes pranayama (breathing techniques) asanas (postures), meditation, and
relaxation and provides wonderful holistic benefits for the mind, body & spirit.
I realize now the unique balance that is Yoga - the hard and the soft. The
strong yang postures and the gentile yin breathing. We all need this balance in
our life for it to be happy, healthy and harmonious. Yoga teaches us to live in
the here and NOW !
